Tai Chi with Shireen
For centuries, the Chinese have used the traditional art of Tai Chi to maintain harmony and balance in their lives. Tai Chi is for everyone, whatever your age, level of fitness or physical ability. With a special interest in the Tai Chi weapon forms sword, staff & fan; Sifu Shireen has been teaching Tai Chi in Australia for more than 30 years with recent tuition from Master Gao Head Coach of the Wu Shu institute in Beijing, Master Faye Li Yip & the renowned Prof Li Deyin .
Sifu Shireen and her students have been involved in many Tai Chi performances around Perth.
